HOUSTON, Texas –
The Houston Texans had been been very quiet about their #1 overall pick for the NFL Draft, happening in just a few short days, up until a front office leak earlier this morning accidentally revealed their choice as Jadeveon Clowney. The NFL and The Houston Texans are both furious about this leak coming out and ruining the “surprise” factor of the pick. While I am not sure if there was any real surprise considering Clowney has been easily the #1 player in the draft all year. The only thing people are unsure of is his fit into a 3-4 defense.
It is unknown at this time just who gave up this information but the Houston Texans have told us they are investigating it and the NFL will fine that person a hefty price for this. Most people expected Clowney to go #1 it was all a matter of which team gets him there. Houston entertained ideas of trading down but decided to just take the South Carolina GameCock for themselves. With Watt on one side and potentially Clowney on the other can Houston get back to a winning season like they were just a few seasons ago.
Now that Clowney and Watt are together will this mean Clowney is a sure fire All Pro in the coming seasons? Or doesnt end up being a bust because of his poor work ethic and end up a backup on 8 different teams in his career? There is no way to tell but you know JJ Watt will keep him in line and make him work to be on the same field as him.
Update: There is still no official word on the leak but the NFL is rumored to have found a potential clue that can lead them to the person who gave up this information. Not sure what the point or problem is when Houston owned #1 anyway, but the NFL is at least doing its job and looking into a matter that could have been serious in the right circumstances.

Herschel Walkers NFL return has already been successful as he has just signed again with the Dallas Cowboys. Walker aged 52 claimed he could still be a productive NFL Running Back even at his age. But maybe this isnt so odd as Walker has been successful boasting a 2-0 record in MMA in his late 40’s. Despite being unproductive later in his NFL career can Walker regain his old form and be an elite NFL player again?
Walker is known primarily for being part of the greatest trade in NFL history which led to the Triplets coming to shape in Dallas and 3 SuperBowls also. But lets look at the numbers of Walker in his “prime”. Walker only broke 1,000 yards 2 times in his NFL career. Having not even 10,000 career rushing yards with just under 2,000 carries and 4.2 yard per carry average. Unless Walker is in greater shape now than before I highly doubt he could even survive a hit let alone be an actually good player at his position.
Walker is on his 3rd stint with Dallas but sitting behind Murray maybe can help Walker not have to be such a big part on offense. This upcoming training camp will be a very interesting for the Cowboys. A 52 year old Running Back and potentially Johnny Manziel, this will be a circus all year and we look forward to seeing this unfold and blow up in Jerry Jones face. But maybe Jerry knows what he is doing. After all he said himself he is doing a great job. Ill just take his word for it.
Denver quarterback Peyton Manning has undergone an emergency neck surgery this afternoon after suffering nagging neck pain in recent days.
Manning was sent by team doctors to Dr. James Andrews for an immediate neck surgery after some undisclosed issues were found. Denver officials tried to keep it quiet but we here at EmpireSports will find the truth. As of now Peyton is rumored to be missing at least half of the regular NFL season and rumors are floating that this could be the end of Manning’s career.
Manning, who led his team to a record shattering season followed by a SuperBowl loss to the Seattle Seahawks, will be replaced by none other than the man who recruited him to Denver, John Elway. Yes the NFL legend John Elway. Elway has filed his papers to return and will be taking over Mannings place as starting QB with the young Brock Osweiler as the backup.
We are unsure why Elway feels the need to start over a young untested QB in the NFL but we hope to get more news in the coming days as we get more for you. As of right now there is not much known as to the exact problems that happened with Manning or even why Elway is returning but we do know this could change the entire view of the Denver Broncos season. Could this be the end for Manning? Will he retire just a season short of setting all the career records? Time will tell how this story plays out but Denver fans cannot be happy for the season to come now.
It has been just under a week since the WWE Hall Of Famer Ultimate Warrior passed away so suddenly. We just received word that another legend will be joining him. Mark “The Undertaker” Calaway was found in his Houston home dead late last night by his wife Michelle McCool.
Calaway who suffered a severe concussion early on in his WrestleMania match with Brock Lesnar was taken to a hospital right after and kept over night. After being released Monday Calaway was told by WWE CEO Vince McMahon to go home and rest after receiving a severe concussion early in his WrestleMania 30 match with Brock Lesnar.
Calaway wrestled the remainder of the match with that concussion while relying on Brock Lesnar to carry them both and protect The Undertaker inside the ring. After seeming fine for a few days after going home Calaway was found dead in his bedroom by his wife.
His wife told EmpireSports reports the following: “Being totally honest, I was going into the bedroom feeling completely in the mood. I saw that he was sleeping so I went to wake him and nothing. Not even a hint of him waking up. So I got worried and tried shaking him and shoving him and even hitting him across the back with a folding chair. Nothing working. I checked him breathing and there was a very short breath every few seconds. I called 911 and by the time they got here there was no breathing at all. They fought to bring him back and nothing.”
McCool was Calaways third marriage and the couple had their first child August 29, 2012. Calaway is survived by son Gunner from his first marriage, and his daughters from his 2nd wife Sara, Chasey and Gracie. His legacy will live on in WWE history and his name wont be forgotten as a pioneer in the attitude era and the ruthless aggression era. The Undertaker will be remembered as the greatest entertainer in WWE history and the staff here at Empiresports wishes his family the best.

As if the sports world didn’t have enough people coming out of the closet. A highly respected member of the NASCAR community has come out and admitted he is in a relationship with a fellow openly gay NASCAR member. Jeff Gordon who is going through a divorce said that he is now dating openly gay driver Stephen Rhodes. Gordon joins a list of male athletes who are new to the openly gay sports world.
We are unable to get a comment from Gordon or Rhodes on this news of their relationship but it is 100% confirmed by them both. Both men have been seen around together since they came out just recently. The couple has been seen hand in hand but not much else in the public eye. This new couple has sparked a fire storm in the southern states where the rednecks tend to live.
We managed to get a response by a now former Jeff Gordon fan by the name of Billy-Bob Benson he said the following: “There ain’t no room for that queer crap in NASCAR. This is a man sport that only straight men should be doing. These queers need to go back and pray that god forgives them for the choice they made. If they wanna be gay go be a fashion designer and not ruin the greatest sport in the world!”
Not sure if I should feel bad for Billy-Bob due to his parents are most likely related or if he is just that stupid but NASCAR isn’t the greatest sport in the world. Not even close. Driving left isn’t a real sport in my opinion. If a man wants to be gay let him. People should stop making a big deal out of it. I myself am a Jeff Gordon fan if whatever he enjoys is up to him. As long as he wins races he can do anything he wants. Its his life to live not any of ours. I wish Jeff and Stephen the best in their relationship.
WNBA Star Becky Hammon Says She’ll Give Blowjob To Anyone That Beats Her In HORSE
Jerry Jones day just got a bit better. Maybe worse. Depends on personal opinion. The FBI just revealed that they have uncovered a murder plot against Dallas Cowboys Owner and GM Jerry Jones. This coming just days after future Hall-of-Famer DeMarcus Ware was released after refusing to take a pay cut.
The Cowboys have lost 3 starters on their defensive line in one off-season. DE’s DeMarcus Ware, Anthony Spencer, and DT Jason Hatcher. Ware went to Denver and Hatcher to Washington. Spencer remains a mystery as to his potential return or end in Dallas. But on to the reason behind this story. Jerry Jones had his potentially threatened by an unidentified male sometime in the past week. We do know the man is in custody but there is no other news besides that he was and had planned to murder the Cowboys owner.
“I don’t know why anyone would try to murder Jerry Jones,” said one Cowboys fan. “He’s like 117 years old. He’ll be dead by next season anyway.”
Many Cowboy haters wouldn’t have been very happy which makes it quite funny really. The Cowboy haters love Jerry. But not in a good way. The longer Jerry stays in power the longer the Cowboys will suck. The faster Jerry is gone the faster Dallas gets a real GM and a real Head coach who has a pair. But now the poor Cowboy fans must continue to live with an 8-8 at best record under Jones. While this may be a lose-lose for everyone but Jerry Football will be saved and the Cowboys will once again entertain us on a national stage and be the laughing stock of the NFL.
So I am sorry Cowboy fans. you guys will continue to suck. Cowboy haters will continue to hate, and Jerry Jones will continue to live and run Dallas into the ground and no one can stop him. The FBI will catch you and they will stop you. Why? Because the FBI are Cowboy haters. GG Cowboy Fans. You lose.
Culver City, CA –
As if Tim Tebow wasn’t enough of a joke in the NFL. The former NFL Tight End/Quarterback who is known to be a very religious man admitted his belief in Santa Claus in an interview earlier this morning with EmpireSports. Yes you read that right. Tim Tebow believes in Santa. Tebow who said Santa Claus ranks #2 in his list of favorite and most influential figures in his life. I’m sure you can guess his #1 by all of his other interviews and anytime you hear him talk. Quite frankly I am not sure if Tebow is trying to ruin any chance he has had with a woman or if Tim is a closet homosexual but this is clearly the worst move he could have made after just after trying to throw a football.
The failed NFL Quarterback stood by his beliefs after being questioned heavily about it. No one knows why his #1 and #2 most influential people are both mythical and fictional figures but to each his own I guess. This confession ranks right up there with the rednecks being abducted by aliens and anal probed. I’m sure you understand where I am taking this. Yes Tebow is a joke and ruined what we normal people consider a QB in the NFL. Yes Tebow is a complete moron for his beliefs in fictional beings. Yes I hate talking about Tebow and hearing about him as much as all of you. But who can pass up this information? A man in his mid 20’s believing in a religion? Sure I guess. But to believe in Santa Claus? I tried to reach out to Mr. and Mrs. Tebow but they said they were talking to Santa about Timothy’s Christmas gifts this year.
The entire Tebow family to be seems a bit out of date and very delusional in every possible way. I feel sorry for any future children who make come from these people. But maybe they will give birth to a intelligent child not following the same crazy and idiotic path. We will see. Just remember you seen it here first.

New York City, NY-
The integration of gay athletes in sports took a big step forward recently with both Michael Sam and Jason Collins coming out but we still a long way to go before we see gay athletes fully accepted in major sports.
In a recent poll given out by the NFL Offices asking anonymously if players would mind playing with a gay teammate a whopping 68% said they would rather not play on the same team as a gay player. Most NFL players currently signed to a team took part and had a vote in this poll. This wasn’t open to coaches or anyone in an office position. It was confirmed that this was a players only survey.
In a “comments” section of the poll some players were especially vitriolic. Several wrote that they would “rather quit their team than share a locker room with a gay man.” While one wrote, “I would feel disgusted knowing a guy might be starting at my junk as I changed.”
The NFL is saddened by this outcome and the Commissioner Roger Goddell gave us a comment about the results of this poll.
“I think its sad that in this day and time in the United States that an athlete cannot be himself in a locker room and in front of the camera. I expected better from these athletes and now I may have to show them that I will not stand for this hate towards anyone no matter what they believe. “
In a shocking event Jim Harbaugh has just been traded from San Francisco to Cleveland. Cleveland who gets Harbaugh and QB Colt McCoy sends San Fran their 1st round pick for next year and DE/OLB Barkevious Mingo.
Harbaugh was asked about it and doesn’t seem interested in his new home. I managed to get in contact with Harbaugh himself and ask him a few questions and he did not hold back:
RW: Jim thanks for talking to us. What are your thoughts on being traded away against your own will?
Jim Harbaugh: “To be quite honest I think its complete bullshit. This San Francisco team was a below .500 team and I took them to Superbowl contenders. The fact that they are so willing to get rid of me and all the hard word and late nights I put up I feel completely disrespected.”
RW: Now that you officially belong to Cleveland what actions do you plan to do to fix this Cleveland team?
Harbaugh: “Well this wont be a 1 year rebuild. But I do like the fact I was able to bring Colt McCoy with. He is a great young man who I feel has a massive upside in the NFL. He gets a chance at QB before I plan on even taking a QB. We need some help on the Offensive Line, Runningback and a few holes on the defensive side before this team can compete.”
RW: Are there any positives out of this trade for you? Its clear you are not happy but are willing do your job here despite the disrespect from your former team.
Harbaugh: Well after shipping me off I don;t think I could go back to San Fran and look at the front office guys again with a smile or even have anything nice to say to them. The only positive I can see if that I get to see my brother twice a year now. Besides that im in a complete state of shock. It will time time to get this processed.”
There you have it. Jim Harbaugh/Colt McCoy to Cleveland and Barkevious Mingo + a 2015 1st Round Pick to San Fran. As this story makes the rounds its sure to cause a huge rift in the NFL and in locker rooms now that one of the top NFL coaches is sent to a completely different conference.

DALLAS, TX —
Recently out Cowboys QB Tony Romo has just been traded to Texas rival Houston Texans for the #1 overall pick in this years NFL Draft. Romo who just recently came out to the public that he was gay with Cowboys teammate Jason Witten signed a major extension but now Romo is headed to a new part of Texas and to a completely new conference and division.
Houston who is QB needy felt that Romo could be a better option for them now than a rookie or any man on their roster could be now and for the short future that Romo may still have in the NFL. Its unknown what the idea behind this is but Jerry Jones did hint that he liked a QB with his newly acquired #1 Overall pick. We got to meet with Jones and get his reasoning behind this all:
“There is multiple reasons for this move today. Season after season we find ourselves losing games due to a collapse or a last game interception. Now with all the news about Tony and Jason I needed to do whats best for the whole team and remove those 2 men from being together in our locker room and ruining the chemistry we have here. I cannot allow myself to believe this is okay between these men so I had to make this move.
I had to put my team in the best place and this is only going to help us. We lose a great QB but there is a guy in this draft who we really like for the team but that is not a promise. Dallas Cowboys will be making moves next season and this is one is a very big one that will improve this team.”
Houston GM Rick Smith also gave us a comment about his acquisition of his new QB: “I feel that this is a great move for us. We invest in an elite QB right away who gives us a chance to win games right away. This trade helps us and also saves us from having to develop a rookie QB and the chances of a bust would be a waste of a pick. He got an elite QB for that same price.”
There has been a minority of people who feel this trade is a positive move for Dallas. Houston will cover all of Romo’s cost so Dallas will not take a cap penalty. The GLBT and its supports have also been on Twitter and Facebook complaining and giving their opinions of the homophobic comments from Jones. How will this make Dallas look now after their owner bashed the entire gay community and made is obvious they are not welcome on his football team.
